We aim to deliver within 7 business days of receiving your order. We do not process orders on Sundays and public holidays. The tracking ID will be sent via SMS after dispatch from our warehouse.

Note- Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package and updates on their website.

For “pre-order” products, the delivery timeline will be 4 weeks after the order is placed as these are made to order, specially for you.

Shipping fee: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, a non-refundable delivery fee of INR 150 is applicable.

Want to cancel your order? Customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet from our warehouse. Email us at ecommerce@kompanero.in to request the cancellation.
